You can send us any video by e-mail if do not exceed 25MB, preferably in QuickTime / H.264 format.

For larger files you can use some of the following services and then send us the download URL:
Rapid Share – Max 200 Megabytes (Free)
Mega Upload – Max 1 Gigabyte (Free)
DropBox – Unlimited (Free registration required)

Remember that we can not accept low-quality videos, small or encoded in Flash Video (FLV or FV4).
