Michael Freimuth is an art director, designer and illustrator based in New York City. In addition to working at Tender in Manhattam, he is the creative director at large for Chicago-based Proximity Magazine and the design journal Matériel.

Having worked with some of the most respected agencies in the country, Michael’s clients range from Fortune 500 companies such as Converse, IBM, Motorola, Microsoft, Nokia, and Toyota – to niche brands like Azita’s, Weatherup, Select and Glass Shop.

Michael continues to lead creative endeavours on a freelance basis. He collaborates with an array of clients on everything from brand strategy and identity development to packaging, environmental and interactive design.
