Fabien Merelle lives and works between Tour and Paris. He graduated in 2006 from the “Ecole des Beaux Arts” in Paris where he attended the workshop of Jean Michel Alberola. His work uses everyday life as creative support. His works drawn in black ink on paper on meaning and inspiration in a staging of his character and his surroundings, at once cruel, ironic and sweet. Real work on memory and processing, Fabien Merelles gives movement to the drawings, developing animations and video installations. He is represented by Galerie Michel Soskin in Madrid (Spain) and New York (USA) and the Galerie Jean Roch darter Paris (France).
